SATEL at SICUR 2016 fair
SATEL was represented at SICUR 2016 by two distributors for the Spanish market: Bernardo da Costa, with which SATEL has been cooperating since 2008, and Telectrisa, with which we established business relationship in 2010. The distributors were also supported at the stand by SATEL's Area Manager for the Spanish market.
At both stands, the visitors could familiarize themselves with the latest outdoor dual-tech motion detectors of the OPALseries. These devices not only offer excellent outdoor protection for buildings of various types and purposes. They will also perform very well as internal protection in industrial buildings where difficult or specific environmental conditions prevail (like halls, shelters, sheds etc.). Reliable detection and unfailing operation in harsh weather conditions, as well as easy installation and precise remote sensitivity configuration by using a keyfob ‒ these are features which aroused much interest among the visitors at both stands. Another key product presented during this event was the VERSA Plus control panel. It combines functional capabilities that until now were only available through the use of several separate devices. Attention was paid to the key advantages offered by this control panel: multi-way communication, possibility of building a wired, wireless or hybrid system, cost-effective solution, fully wireless operation and the dedicated VERSA CONTROL mobile application.
All the presented SATEL products and solutions were met with great enthusiasm from the trade fair visitors.
The SICUR 2016 event was attended by representatives of security companies, manufacturers of fire protection and alarm systems, as well as by users of these solutions. What made this edition of the SICUR fair different from the previous ones was the presence of all state security forces and agencies in Spain, including Civil Guard, representatives of public entities and the national police.
