A visit from Defence

In February 2016, SATEL had the pleasure to host at its head office representatives of the Defence company. Defence is the exclusive distributor of SATEL's products for the Ukrainian market.

The main subject of the visit was training in the ACCO NET access control system. Presentation of the capabilities of this new solution as well as demonstration of new products, the implementation of which is scheduled for 2016, were met with great enthusiasm by our guests.

During the several days' visit, the guests had an opportunity to familiarize themselves with the process of product development ‒ from the concept to the finished article. Representatives of the distributor paid particular attention to the high standard of manufacturing alarm devices, which is achieved by SATEL owing to the advanced machinery and the strict procedures of quality verification at every stage of production. Employees of Defence also visited individual departments of our company to understand their role in the product development process. Additionally, our Ukrainian guests went on a sightseeing tour to visit the best places in the Tri-City and its environs.

Training sessions and seminars with the distributors from the Eastern market, at which the SATEL products are presented, have been held for several years now. They are a very important part of the Company activities, which allows us to maintain good business relationships and systematically expand the knowledge our business partners have about SATEL's products.
