Training for international SATEL customers - autumn 2016

SATEL solutions are very popular not only in Poland but also in many foreign markets. Therefore, product training sessions for specialists from different countries are regularly organized in cooperation with local distributors.

In autumn 2016, four such meetings were conducted by SATEL experts.

SINTAL, Slovenia - training in Ljubljana

The first meeting was held in mid-September 2016 in Ljubljana. It was organized for the employees of the SINTAL company, a leader in the security industry in Slovenia and the exclusive SATEL distributor for this market.

As the area sales managers and installers from SINTAL have extensive knowledge of the SATEL solutions, this two-day training was conducted at the advanced level. The lecturers focused on aspects especially relevant to the local users. Much attention was also devoted to the devices that are now being introduced into the Slovenian market, such as the fire alarm system, as well as to the announcements of products which will be added to SATEL's portfolio in the coming months.

Maintaining a high level of knowledge among the employees is a very important aspect for both SINTAL and SATEL, therefore another training session has already been scheduled for next year.

DEFENCE, Ukraine - training in Gdansk

Also in September, a training session for distribution representatives was held - this time they were employees of the DEFENCE company from Ukraine, whom SATEL had the pleasure to host at our headquarters.

The two days of intensive training were filled with presentations and workshops that allowed the Ukrainian experts to complement and deepen their extensive knowledge of the solutions in the security industry. The participants took a special interest in the advanced and innovative solutions, including those allowing integration of individual systems into a single coherent installation. When visiting the corporate headquarters, the DEFENCE employees also had an opportunity to better understand the process of production of the innovative SATEL devices.

The result of systematic training of specialists is an increased level of services they provide. For this reason, another meeting is scheduled for early 2017 to enhance the knowledge of DEFENCE experts.

ELKO, Estonia - training in Tallinn

In the first week of October, SATEL experts had the pleasure to conduct another training. The meeting, which was attended by more than 40 customers of the ELKO company, the Estonian SATEL distributor, was held in Tallinn.

Participants paid attention to the extensive functionality of the control panels of INTEGRA family and the ability to control alarm systems based on them using touch keypads and mobile application. Also the ACCO NET access control system and the ABAX wireless communication system aroused a great deal of interest. The installers could test by themselves the functionality of these solutions, using a specially designed demonstration hardware sets.

Urbani Ritam, Croatia - training in Zagreb

The last of the autumn series of training sessions for installers from abroad was held in late November in Zagreb. It was organized for the customers of Urbani Ritam, our new Croatian distributor, the vast majority of whom were owners of installation companies. It is worth noting that Urbani Ritam not only takes care of the education of installers, but also runs other promotional activities to strengthen the position of SATEL in Croatia. One of them is cooperation with the press, so the chief editor of "Zaštita", a Croatian security industry newspaper, was also invited to participate in this training.

The issues presented during the training were met with great interest by the local entrepreneurs. Their paid attention to the broad functionality and versatility of the devices, especially the INTEGRA family panels. The integration capabilities of the presented products were also a topic often raised by the participants of the meeting.

The SATEL Brand is rapidly gaining popularity on the Croatian market, therefore another edition of training sessions for the Balkan installers is planned to be held in the coming months.
