Conference in Greece

On 26 September, the INTERTECH company, the distributor of SATEL products on the Greek market, organised a conference for their clients. The guests included electronic hardware warehouses owners as well as security systems integrators and installers. The meeting was chaired by SATE experts.

The main point of the event was the presentation of the latest devices complementing the extensive SATEL product offer. The devices worth paying special attention include the CSP fire alarm system and the INT-TSG touchscreen controller. These products offer functionalities exceeding current standards and provide both professionals and end-users with exceptional benefits extremely important during the everyday use.

Announcement regarding future products also played an important role during the event. We were glad to announce the innovative  ACCO-NT access control system control panel based on the concept of network communication, the advanced  INTEGRA 256 Plus control panel and traditional, however visually appealing, controllers from the  INT-KLF  series as well as the  INT-TSI  touchscreen (7”) controller constituting a command centre of smart alarm systems.

Another part of the event was devoted to a detailed presentation of the capabilities of systems based on the INTEGRA family control panels. This series of products is very popular due to their high quality, reliability and extensive range of functionalities. These control panels may constitute a basis for creating a system combining safety and automation functions. Especially the second option was received by the guests with particular enthusiasm.

The conference was closed with a short presentation devoted to the further development plans of our brand on the Greek market. We had an opportunity to talk with the participants about their needs and expectations connected with the broadly-defined topic of electronic protection systems. Thanks to this dialogue, SATEL may create devices customized to clients' needs and have positive impact on the industry development on a given market.

The next day of our visit was devoted to complementary trainings for INTERTECH personnel. SATEL particularly stresses the proper level of technical expertise acquired by persons responsible, in a given distribution point, for sales and technical support connected with our products. This condition is vital to provide correct customer service and ensure proper support during our clients' everyday work.
